Evergreen Elementary Community Club

Are you looking for a way to help out at Evergreen Elementary?  Great!  We are still in need of help on several of our Committees.  

Bulletin Board:  Updates the bulletin boards located outside the multipurpose room.

Family Fun Night:  We have a chairperson for this Committee, but are still in need of individuals who can head up vital portions of the event (i.e. food sales, tickets, etc.).  We will also need volunteers to help set up before the event, to clean up after the event, and who will work stations during the event (food, tickets, games, etc.).  If you can volunteer in any of these capacities, please contact Yara Sands.

Fine Arts Council (Music Mobile): Attends the district meeting regarding the Music Mobile (for 3rd grade students), and runs and coordinates the event.

Holiday Boutique:  Danielle Amaya-Martinez and Lisa Kwan are Chairing this Committee, but as this is the last year at Evergreen for both of them, they are hoping for another parent (or two) to work with them this year to prepare them to take over the event next year.
